Dana Smith will share what true leadership really means and how it pertains to your business success. A key component in leadership is vision, it's your roadmap. This workshop will provide an opportunity for you to develop or clarify your business vision. It's a fact that everyday there are many moving parts that are out of your control and cause distractions. You'll receive tools for dealing with challenging situations and and keep you on track with your business intentions. 

Dana Smith is a coach, teacher, author who works with individuals and organizations in consciousness coaching and leadership development. She is also an adjunct faculty at Marylhurst University where in collaboration, she pioneered coaching and leadership development courses. She is the author, of the transformational book Gifts From Garrett andcofounder of Garrett’s Space—a nonprofit organization dedicated to young people. Dana lives in Bend, Oregon.

Formally the Resort & Second Home Course

This core course focuses on the knowledge and skill base that real estate professionals need to specialize in buying, selling, or managing second homes in a resort, recreational, and/or vacation destination and properties for investment, development, or retirement.

In addition to completing the core course, students are required to take three of the five listed free webinars and submit an application with a one-time fee of $194.50.
