About the Panelist:

Ginnny Schider,  Loan Officer
Guild Mortgage
NMLS# 302178
Thank you, Ginny, for being a Strategic Partner!

I’m passionate about the mortgage business because I get the opportunity to meet so many interesting people and help them finance what is often the biggest investment of their lives.  I enjoy being their trusted advisor and helping them achieve financial success, whether it’s by purchasing or refinancing their own home or an investment property.  I pride myself in being available and responsive to my clients’ needs.
I’ve been happily working with borrowers since 2001, and I was a realtor for eleven years before then. That combination allows me to be a resource to the realtors I work with, and I especially enjoy training and coaching new agents.
My husband, Jim, and I have two grown sons – Leland, an experienced home builder in Portland, and Halsey, a rescue helicopter pilot in San Antonio.  I’ve ridden horses all of my life—a passion my husband supports from a distance! Together we love camping, boating, biking, travelling, hiking and cooking.

Per the policy at Tetherow Resort: Guests who are fully vaccinated (this means an individual who has received both of a two-dose, or one of a single-dose vaccine and it is at least 14 days past the final does of the vaccine) can go without a mask if they provide proof with the original, copy or digital picture of their vaccine card. Tetherow is implementing a bracelet system where any individual who has been approved with their vaccine card, will wear a bracelet that allows them to enter spaces at the resort without carrying additional proof of vaccination. This will be accepted for the length of their time at Tetherow.

Guests who choose to not provide proof of vaccination, or do not have proof, will be required to wear a mask indoors and outdoors, except when actively eating or drinking.

If you do not feel comfortable complying with this policy, COAR can provide a refund for your ticket. Anyone choosing to be confrontational with Tetherow staff will be asked to leave, no exceptions.

This event will be held in a hybrid format, so those not able to attend can watch it live.
