The academy will be held in-person in Klamath Falls. It will be required that you attend all 4 days of the academy in order to receive credit. If you miss a day you will have to retake the academy, and no refunds will be given.

There is so much on the line when your client’s appraisal comes in under sales price, and the appraisal report is extremely overwhelming.  In this class you will learn how to effectively and efficiently review the report and prepare for a Reconsideration of Value confidently.  You will receive a sample appraisal to keep and refer to should the need arise.
